Garden of Lights continues through Jan 2, 2016 every Friday and Saturday evenings 5:30PM – 9:30PM with the exception of Christmas weekend when we’ll be open Saturday and Sunday evenings.

 

Postcards from Home

Erick Gill, Public Information Manager for St. Lucie County, has produced two “Postcards from Home” video segments about Heathcote. The first features an interview with Miriam Charles, our Director and Head Gardener, with general information about the Gardens. The second is an interview with Tom Salmon, Project Director for our Garden of Lights, with the story behind this sparkling event.

Garden of Lights opens this Friday with a special guest!

Bud and Dot Adams present the Treasure Coast Garden of Lights opens Friday November 27th at Heathcote Botanical Gardens, Fort Pierce, Florida.  The gates open at 5:30 PM and Special Guest, Santa Claus will arrive at 6 PM.  Garden of Lights, one of the most innovative Holiday Illuminations with its flowers of lights, will begin its inaugural season with Special Guest Santa Claus visiting with all the children in attendance.

Another sure to delight attraction will be “Heathcote the Bear” where visitors can take their “selfies” to share with friends and family.
