Summer Camp, Day 4

On day 4, our campers prepared Asian food.

Each camper had a chance to work with hand tools, like a veggie peeler, and electric tools, like a salad shooter.

They made California roll flowers and rainbow spring rolls with fresh ginger peanut sauce.

Kids snipped recipes from food magazines to add to their camping journals for more cooking adventures at home!

Our summer camp is so grateful to Nelson Family Farms for their generous donations of the wonderful fresh fruits and veggies for our recipes each day!
